For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We will also assist in filing insurance claim forms for you. Our experienced staff is happy to assist you with any questions you might have.

Cancellation / No-show Policy

As a courtesy, our treatment coordinators will attempt to confirm your child's appointment 5 days in advance. However, we do ask that patients/parents assume responsibility for their appointment time. If you do need to change an appointment, we ask that you provide our office with a 72-hour notice. This courtesy on your part will allow us to make this time available to patients who could benefit by having treatment done sooner. Less than 72 hour notice will be subject to a $50 no show or cancellation fee.
