Good Morning WCD,

I wanted to send a thank you note to the entire staff at Wylie Children’s Dentistry. My daughters had their first appointments in your office yesterday. The first thing my oldest noticed was her name on the wall – she went on an on about that being “so cool”. Then the appointments happened. Being in such a rush yesterday I did not get the chance to ask her how she felt about it until last night. She told me last night how much she likes your office. She said it was a really nice place and in her words “the people that work there are happy. It is like they want to be working there and they are fun.”

Thank you Dr. Pearson and your entire staff – the dentist office visit yesterday was fabulous. I really appreciate you all making our dental visits something to look forward to

I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

Thank you again!

I use Dr. Allen and Dr. Pearson.  Dr. Pearsons office calls you the day before to remind you about your appointment...and I REALLY like this.  Dr. Allens office does not do this, and I have missed SO MANY appointments with them.

Have you tried Dr. Pearson on Brown St.?  972-429-7070
We have used him for our kids since he came to Wylie and LOVE him and his staff!  We haven't used him for ortho yet (he does dentistry and ortho) but when it's time for our younger ones we will.  We used Dr. Miller for our older two kids and he did the same thing to us.  Our son was in braces for almost 6 years and had some major problems from his braces that Dr. Miller did not catch.  He ended up having to have major work done to fix the problems.  Dr. Miller didn't do anything wrong necessarily but did not give us the right information when the problems presented, besides the fact that according to two specialists he should have seen the problems before they happened.  He is a nice man, but I would not use him again.  I have talked to several other people who have had the same problems that I have with his crazy billing and treatment that took WAY longer than usual.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Pearson, and now she can't wait to go to back to the dentist.  Everytime we go by there she asks when she can go to the dentist.  He really was wonderful, and has a great staff!!

Dr. Pearson's rates are higher than adult dentists in the area, but he's worth it!  He put a crown on my 8 year old son's tooth and did a nerve treatment and we left with him thinking he'd just been sitting in a chair playing gameboy.  He's wonderful!!  His staff is great with kids and are all very caring.  I take all my kids to him.  I can't say enough about the guy...he was awesome

I just wanted to post a topic on the BEST children's dentist ever!  I took my 3-year old daughter to Dr. Pearson of Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics on Brown Street for her first dental cleaning, x-rays, etc.  I was a bit worried, as I had taken her to my dentist a couple of times, and she wouldn't even get in the dental chair.

Well, I just want to say that my daughter LOVED it there.  She can't wait to go back to the dentist!  Dr. Pearson and his staff were wonderful!  Dr. Pearson's dental assistant came out into the lobby while I was filling out paperwork and got to know my daughter.  She then asked her to go back to have pictures taken of her teeth, and my daughter gladly grabbed her hand and went -- without me!  After x-rays, she happily climbed into the magic chair and did everything Dr. Pearson asked of her -- exam, teeth cleaning and flouride treatment.  He was so nice and gentle, and explained everything to her in "her terms."  It couldn't have gone more smoothly.

I knew it was going to go well the moment I walked in.  Everything was geared toward children.  I think it just made my daughter feel like this was her kind of place -- not a grown-up office.  Even though it's for kids, the place was extremely neat and clean.  Just as a dental office should be.

If you haven't tried Dr. Pearson yet for your children's dental needs -- do so, I highly recommend him!  Just fyi -- I'm in no way affiliated with his office or anyone there -- I just had a great experience!

Great children's dentist!
The dentist and helpers in this office were terrific. My kids are normally terrifed of the dentist. They loved this place. They played and had a good time while getting their dental work taken care of. My only complaint was the hours. They really didn't work with the kids not missing much school.

Wonderful Pediatric Dentist
My daughter had to have some dental work done. She is young and has been very affraid of the dentist. We visited several before we came here - they were not able to get her to let them work in her mouth. Dr. Pearson and his great staff was excellant and handled my daughter with gentle care. She even wants to go back now for more work - and she doesn't even have any to be done. They treat their patients with great care and compasion. My daughter got to watch TV right after her procedure in her own bed area and I was able to go back with her at that point. They give the kids toys and stickers. If my kids are happy, then I am happy.

Pros: everything
Cons: nothing

My 5 year old son wouldn't open his mouth for anyone else. Now he enjoys going to the dentist!!!

He always leaves with a sticker, a tattoo (temporary, of course!) and an armful of toys in addition a power toothbrush and new toothpaste.

The staff and Dr. Pearson are very concerned about ensuring that children do not have a negative experience so they go above and beyond. I wish they had been around when I was a child!!

My son did have to have some extensive dental work due to malformed molars and Dr. Pearson and his staff were able to perform the procedures and allow my son to still enjoy the dentist.

The staff couldn't be more polite and helpful and arer always available for questions whether it concerns his teeth, insurance or scheduling.

We love Dr. Pearson and the entire staff. It's not the cheapest, but definitely worth the money to have the kids enjoy going....that is priceless!

My son, who at the time was 4 yrs old, needed to see a dentist. I was reluctant to take him because he was so apprehensive of visiting the dentist. Our family dentist recommended taking our son to a pediatric dentist. It turns out my son needed the equivalent of a child's root canal. From the first moment in the door, to the final handshake, and on every visit thereafter, Dr. Pearson and his staff were so polite and friendly. They eased my son's fears, and had us in and out quickly each time. My son even got to select a toy from the "toy wall." On the way to the car, my son said he can't wait to come back to "Dr. Person!" For a 4 yr old to go from scared to "I love it here" - just speaks for itself.

My son needed several dental procedures but we had problems with our family dentist because he wouldn't even open his mouth for them. They referred us to a pediatric dentist so that he could be sedated. We found Dr. Pearson and we've been beyond thrilled with he and his staff. My son now loves to go to the dentist. He has a great experience and really enjoys playing with the toys and video games out in the waiting room and he always comes home with a managerie of toys. Now his little sister is looking forward to an appointment with Dr. Pearson as well!
